Product Description
X-Gal 5-Bromo-4-Chloro-3-Indolyl-ß-D-Galactopyranoside), a chromogenic substrate used in conjunction with IPTG for the blue/white colony screening. The solution contains 40mg/ml of 0.22um sterile filtered X-gal solution in Dimethyl formamide (DMF). It is supplied ready-to-use in two convenient to use format: i. Dropper Bottle (cat# 21530102) and ii. Spray Bottle (cat# 21530103) for direct use with IPTG.
