1% Gelatin, 0.05% Tween-20 and 0.02% Sodum azide in PBS (10 mM Sodium phosphate, 2 mM potassium phosphate, 10 mM KCl, 137 mM NaCl, pH 7.4± 0.2) Prepared in 3D water and filtered through 1 µ filter. Shipped on blue ice. Store at -20 C.
