- TBS (Tris Buffered Saline) is a pH stabilizing solution used for western blot and ELISA procedures.
- It is an optimal formulation of salts and pH stabilizers which enable washing without disruption of antibody-antigen binding interactions.
- It is used as a washing buffer for alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase conjugates in Western blotting.
Contains:
- 250mM Tris, 27mM KCl, 1.37M NaCl (pH 7.4) and 1% Triton X-100
