Product Description
TBS Buffer 1X with 0.1% Pluronic F-68 pH 9, Sterile, or Tris-buffered saline, maintains pH in immunoassays. It is used as a wash buffer and antibody diluent in Western blotting, as well as to reduce background noise in IHC. Added Pluronic F-68 can be used to reduce foaming in stirred cultures and cell attachment to glass.
