Product Description
Krebs-Henseleit buffered solution is experimentally used to study arteries ex vivo. This buffer contains 118 mM NaCl, 4.7 mM KCl, 1.20 mM MgSO4, 1.20 mM KH2PO4, 25 mM NaHCO3, 10 mM HEPES, 11.1 mM D-glucose. It has been prepared in 3D water and filtered through a 0.22 µ filter. Product has a pH level of 7.2 ± 0.1 and is stored at 2 - 8°C.
