NPI-10 Buffer, Sterile has seen use in protein extraction and purification applications. This buffer contains 50mM NaH2PO4, 300mM NaCl, 10mM Imidazole to minimize binding of untagged, contaminating proteins and increase purity with fewer wash steps.
