Product Description
Phosphate Buffer has a concentration of 0.2M and pH of 8.5. Phosphate Buffer 0.2M, pH 8.5 has a high buffering capacity and is soluble in water. Phosphate Buffer is used for many enzyme assays and immunohistology work. Phosphate Buffer is prepared by mixing Potassium Phosphate Monobasic and Sodium Phosphate Dibasic Heptahydrate in a fixed ratio to obtain the desired pH and strength.
