Product Description

ADA, also known as N-(2-Acetamido)iminodiacetic acid, is a zwitterionic buffer used in biochemistry and molecular biology. It is often categorized as a Good's buffer. ADA is used in protein-free mediums for supporting chick embryo fibroblasts. ADA has also been shown to interfere with color development in bicinchoninic acid (BCA) assay for protein quantitation and is used in isoelectric focusing of proteins in immobilized pH gradients.

For laboratory use only. Not fit for agricultural, household, clinical use or human consumption
