3% BSA and 0.05% Tween-20 in PBS (10 mM Sodium phosphate, 2mM potassium phosphate, 10 mM NaCl) , pH 7.4 ± 0.1. Prepared in 3D water and filtered through 1-micron filter. Shipped cold on blue ice, store at 2-8 C for short term and -20 C for long term.
