DNA Sodium Salt from Salmon Sperm
Product Description
DNA Sodium Salt is purified from Salmon sperm. It is a nonspecific blocking agent used to reduce background in nucleic acid hybridization. DNA Sodium Salt has also been used as a substrate for DNA detection and extraction.
DNA Sodium Salt may be added to any of bioWORLD's high quality ChIP buffers. For most molecular biology applications, a concentration of 100-200 µg/mL is recommended. We also carry all of the reagents necessary for DNA hybridization and extraction.
bioWORLD's products are supplied for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as a drug, agricultural or pesticidal product, food additive or as a household chemical.
