Product Description

FUDR, or 5-Fluorodeoxyuridine, is an antiproliferative agent shown to have work against a variety of neoplasms. It inhibits DNA synthesis by prior inhibition of thymidylate synthetase, and has been prescribed as a treatment for several liver and colon cancers.

FUDR can be a powerful cancer treatment when combined with Mitomycin C and 5-Fluorouracil. Floxuridine is soluble in aqueous solutions up to 50 mg/mL.

bioWORLD is committed to providing only the best when it comes to cancer research. We have spent more than 25 years perfecting our Separopore® agarose beads and GlycoMatrix™ lectins.

bioWORLD's products are supplied for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as a drug, agricultural or pesticidal product, food additive or as a household chemical.
