L-Glutamine: Penicillin: Streptomycin is a standard combination of antibiotics combined with the essential amino acid L-glutamine. This stabilized formulation (with L-alanyl-L-glutamine) prevents the degradation and cytotoxicity known to be associated with the monopeptide L-glutamine, markedly increasing shelf life. It is furnished in a convenient 100X concentration to simplify media supplementation.
