Tris-HEPES-SDS Buffer 20X for Electrophoresis
Tris-HEPES-SDS Buffer 20X for Electrophoresis contains HEPES, 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazineethanesulfonic acid, and SDS, 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazineethanesulfonic acid. This buffer is used as a running buffer for gel electrophoresis.
Bring solution to room temperature and shake/stir well before using. If SDS falls out of solution, gently increase temperature while stirring.
